難怪我會討厭這個越來越資本主義世界，其是資本主義是個稻草人，管理的哲學才是有問題的？

我一直以為管理是善用資源的學問，難怪我會學不懂！

Good evening. I have come to Jerusalem today as a novelist, which is to say as a professional spinner of lies.

Of course, novelists are not the only ones who tell lies. Politicians do it, too, as we all know. Diplomats and generals tell their own kinds of lies on occasion, as do used car salesmen, butchers and builders. The lies of novelists differ from others, however, in that no one criticizes the novelist as immoral for telling lies. Indeed, the bigger and better his lies and the more ingeniously he creates them, the more he is likely to be praised by the public and the critics. Why should that be?

My answer would be this: namely, that by telling skillful lies--which is to say, by making up fictions that appear to be true--the novelist can bring a truth out to a new place and shine a new light on it. In most cases, it is virtually impossible to grasp a truth in its original form and depict it accurately. This is why we try to grab its tail by luring the truth from its hiding place, transferring it to a fictional location, and replacing it with a fictional form. The Zeitgeist Movement

The Zeitgeist Movement: Orientation Presentation by Peter Joseph, 2009 This the Activist Orientation Presentation for The Zeitgeist Movement.

Fluid social change can only materialize if two circumstances are met. One, the human value system, which consists of our understandings and beliefs, must be updated and changed through education and thoughtful introspection. Two, the environment surrounding that value system must change to support the new world view. The interaction between a person's value system and their environment is what influences human behavior.

For example, in our culture, "ethics" is really is a matter of degree, for our social system promotes and rewards competition and self-interest. This perspective doesn't just "lead" to aberrant behavior... it creates it directly. Corruption is the norm in our society and most people do not see this, for since the society supports this behavior, it is considered right and normal... or as a matter of degree.

Given this understanding, there is a fallacy that has emerged where certain groups are deemed "corrupt" and everyone else is "good". This is the age old "us and them" world view which has no basis empirically, for it is, again, all a matter of degree.

For example, there is a large movement of people who constantly talk about "The New World Order" and this notion that there is an elite group of people who have been trying to take over the world for a long time and have manipulated society in various ways to further their goals.

This, of course, is true to a certain extent.

BUT, the failure of awareness is that this "group" is not a group at all. It is a tendency.

If you took out all the people at the top who are engaged in global hegemonic rule, it would simply be a matter of time before another group stepped in to seek the same ambition. Therefore, it isn't the individual people or groups that are the problem. It is actually the conditions upon which those people have been accustomed and indoctrinated by. Of course, many argue against this view with the escapist notion that it is "human nature" that causes this competition and need for dominance. This is unsupported by the facts. In reality, we are nearly clean slates when we are born and it is our environment that shapes who we are and how we behave.

Therefore, in order for TRUE change to occur, we must spend less time battling the products of this sick social structure and more time trying to change the root causes. As difficult and daunting as it may be to think this way, it is the only way our world will change for the better.

之前預告過的 Zeitgeist II，已經開放下載了！（目前還未有字幕） 標題定為 Zeitgeist Addendum，補充的意思。我看完了，很值得看，看完了之後想了很多事情。慢慢的發掘自己和身邊的人事物連結起來，以前不見得有關連的，慢慢發掘它的連結。突然就覺的東西不是不能改變，而是我們願不願意改變。最近因為跟一堂夏老師大學部的課，所以看了《Change: 與改變共舞》（原版英文點這裡）又看了這部片的原因就了解更多了。

陷入思考的河流中漂泊實在是享受。（研究所要看那麼多研究真的很痛苦！時間不夠用，腦部幾乎24小時運動，連作夢都在想這些！）

高中的時候，我的好朋友跟我建議我讀金剛經，當時可能時機未成熟，沒有去讀。如今我尋找它，它找到了我。我要開始唸了。

「所有宇宙的眾生，我都必須將他們引導到涅盤……」

　　「不是一個或兩個，須菩提，不是一個或兩個，而是所有的眾生——男人、女人、動物、鳥類、樹木和石頭。世界上所有存在的眾生，一個人必須發展出這樣的決心說：‘我將要把他們都引導到湟盤。’」

　　「.....引導到沒有留下任何東西的涅盤境界（無餘涅盤）。然而，雖然有無數的眾生都這樣被引導到涅盤，但事實上，根本就沒有眾生被引導到湟盤。」

　　這一點也必須被記住，你不可以忘記，否則，當你在引導別人的時候，你將會再度陷入無知。

　　所有的眾生都必須被引導到彼岸，但是你仍然必須記住，他們的痛苦是虛假的，所以你的治療方法也是虛假的。你必須記住，他們並沒有自我，你也沒有任何自我，所以，不要忘記，不要認為你在幫助人們，不要認為你是一個偉大的幫助者，否則你將會再度墮落，你將會再度在此岸生根。

　　所以，有兩件事必須記住：你必須帶著很大的決心停留在此岸，否則你將會被彼岸拉去，但是你也不能再度在此岸生根，否則你將無法帶給眾生任何幫助。你將會摧毀你自己，你將會再度進人夢中。

　　為什麼呢？如果在一個菩薩裏面有「相」的觀念，他就不能夠被稱為菩薩。為什麼呢？當一個人有自我的觀念、有「相」的觀念或是有一個活著的靈魂的觀念、或是有一個人的觀念，他就不能夠被稱為菩薩。

　　所以你必須記住，須菩提，有兩件事，第一件：你必須引導所有的眾生到彼岸，但是你必須記住，沒有人有「相」（being）——你沒有，眾生也沒有。所有的自我都是虛假的、虛幻的。

　　繼續記住這一點，並且繼續抱著很大的決心，幫助人們到達彼岸，他們已經在那裏，你只要使他們醒悟過來，使他們有覺知，但是不要迷失，不要成為一個救世主，這兩件事必須記住。

　　在這部經裏面，佛陀將會一再一再地重複這個菩薩道，我希望你們都成為菩薩。

Zeitgeist, The Movie

Zeitgeist, produced by Peter Joseph, was created as a nonprofit expression to
inspire people to start looking at the world from a more critical perspective and to understand that very often things are not what the population at large think they are.

Now, it's important to point out that there is a tendency to simply disbelieve things that are counter to our understanding, without the necessary research performed. For instance, very often people who look up "Horus" or "The Federal Reserve" on the Internet draw their conclusions from very general or biased sources. Online encyclopedias or text book Encyclopedias often do not contain the information contained in Zeitgeist.

However, if one takes the time to read the sources provided, they will find that what is being presented is based on documented evidence. Non-Profit DVDs / Free Video Downloads are available through the downloads page.

Horus

Broadly speaking, the story of Horus is as follows: Horus was born on December 25th of the virgin Isis-Meri. His birth was accompanied by a star in the east, which in turn, three kings followed to locate and adorn the new-born savior. At the age of 12, he was a prodigal child teacher, and at the age of 30 he was baptized by a figure known as Anup and thus began his ministry. Horus had 12 disciples he traveled about with, performing miracles such as healing the sick and walking on water. Horus was known by many gestural names such as The Truth, The Light, God's Annointed Son, The Good Shepherd, The Lamb of God, and many others. After being betrayed by Typhon, Horus was crucified, buried for 3 days, and thus, resurrected.

Jesus Christ

Jesus Christ was born of the virgin Mary on December 25th in Bethlehem, his birth was announced by a star in the east, which three kings or magi followed to locate and adorn the new savior. He was a child teacher at 12, at the age of 30 he was baptized by John the Baptist, and thus began his ministry. Jesus had 12 disciples which he traveled about with performing miracles such as healing the sick, walking on water, raising the dead, he was also known as the "King of Kings," the "Son of God," the "Light of the World," the "Alpha and Omega," the "Lamb of God," and many others. After being betrayed by his disciple Judas and sold for 30 pieces of silver, he was crucified, placed in a tomb and after 3 days was resurrected and ascended into Heaven.

The fact of the matter is there are numerous saviors, from different periods, from all over the world, which subscribe to these general characteristics. The question remains: why these attributes, why the virgin birth on December 25th, why dead for three days and the inevitable resurrection, why 12 disciples or followers?

九個在前方的人回頭笑著跟你打招呼，說他們也是來學醫的，醫的是人的心。
九個人討論著自己一路走來的旅程，有的一唱一和，有的自談自唱，開心啊。
太陽下山，歌唱完了，望著街尾之後的茫茫沙漠，可望看見的是綠油油綠洲。
你問過了沙漠是什麼？九個人開始議論紛紛，又說沒人去過，又說沒人回過。
於是你等待，為的是看有沒有人去過，也為了看有沒有人回來過，苦苦等待。
不久有人來到小鎮，說要學醫，醫的是人的心，十個人回頭說他們也是學醫！

The Road Not Taken

創意的發想與實踐【心得一】

上一個星期去台北國立政治大學公企中心聽了一場浪費時間、無聊至極、毫無創意且令人失望的「台北市文化創意慘產業化研討會」。台上人物介紹由左至右王小姐（女），何先生，溫先生（主持），楊先生。楊是創投總經理，以前曾經在政府部門工作，協調關於創意產業的事務，事業做得相當大，經驗老道（是個老狐狸）。整場研討會就像在做 show，就連 Q&A 時間的發問者都是內定的，只有我們的老師是來亂的（呵呵，開玩笑啦）！

那天大概談了什麼，我來打個比方：筷子的發明就是一個「中國人（包括日本、韓國等流傳之地區）」已經忘記的創意。王說(1)台灣應該培養更多發明類似筷子這種東西的創意人才，因為這片土地非常缺乏創意的土壤，(2)政府應該為創意人著想，同理並協助創意人。何不想發表任何意見，表現相當「中立」，他是提倡把筷子拿去做藝術授權的人，將「翠玉白菜」的圖案印在筷子上拿去買的人。何雖然是香港人，在美國長大，他的想法和台灣當年經濟起飛的運作模式沒兩樣，就是加工，做價廉物美的加工！看溫和楊坐在一起，就知道他們是一夥的。楊是道道地地的生意人，是最強調大量生產筷子外銷的人，儘量用最低的成本做出可用的東西賣出去。他是典型的老闆，別人問起他生意如何時，總是說很難做，沒那麼容易。但大家都知道要他把話說清楚還真的不容易。

結束之後，我和王談了30分鐘，因為我趕著離開所以搭了她的便車到捷運站。基本上我和王的想法是一樣的，也就是如果台灣創意產業要做起來，它一定要跳脫台灣經濟模式－－加工／代工！雖然我很坦白的告訴她我對於當天研討會感到很失望，她也彼失落聽我這麼說，開始怪罪自己不適合參與這一次的研討會，應該找更好、更有經驗的人來談。我告訴她這不是她的錯，她的出現反而讓我們（至少是我）看見了他們的不協調，也不願協調。這是重要的，至少讓我們這些還在門外看的人知道進去後會是什麼一個狀況。我們的談話一開始有如找到知音人，後來說出我的失望後，車上的空氣就慢慢凝聚，不是尷尬，而是她的無力感與自責。

上個禮拜請來于先生講「臺灣故事館」的故事，一個令人振奮人心的夢想實踐家的悲劇。看完之後真的沒話好說，無言。一個創意產業不是靠一個人的力量就可以的。影片中記錄了「員工」對於老闆的看法，很顯然的，這不是有創意的團隊，我認為有創意的團隊不會只有一個人說了算的情況出現。于說他們這個團隊進進出出很多人，和老闆合作不來的或意見不合的就滾蛋，這是「老闆」的典型。老闆失敗後，自認小鼻子小眼睛，但是並沒有聽出有對「老闆」的角色的反思，還是希望他日後會成功。

The Power of Web2.0

Have Malaysian found their way escape from government controlled mass media to take some fresh air outside? I am trying to think this deeply through the Web2.0 perspective. Malaysian bloggers and YouTubers are HOT nowadays, they always call themselves "The Truth Speaker", Meng Chee has a become an icon for it. With Meng Chee's Negarakuku singing all around the country after he was being utilized by political parties for their own politic sake, it does coherence the people who are looking forward for a brighter future of Malaysia too.

Many also took a chance to do some refection on Malaysia's development after 50 years of independent. More and more facts, including the real Independence Day is actually on 16 September 1963, are popping out recently on the internet, blog and dug by bloggers and anonymous. When government representatives are calling bloggers as liars through mass media, they become more and more like the boy who cried wolf.

So, are bloggers all good people? NO! Bloggers are just like you and me and she and he, we are all creation of God; human beings, we are angles and devils; we do charity and we tell white lies too. The lesson to learn is morality, in other words, your justification standard, how mature you are. As anak-anak bangsa Malaysia's intelligence are growing (thanks to Tun Mahathir who introduced 3M education, Membaca, Menulis dan Mengira, we read and post blogs now), the nation were not stupid like what their governments thought.

To all my dear Malaysian friends, thanks for visiting my blog since the beginning. Today I am proud to share with you this little piece of statement, a Merdeka Statement launched by CPPS. I stand still here today, across the big ocean, speaking aloud my presence as a truly Malaysian, committed to be a Bangsa Malaysia, spreading the words among my friends here, and I hope that you can join me by doing the same thing. Lets stand up NOW and be proud to be a Malaysian and WE shall see a brighter future for Malaysia in future.

Merdeka Statement

In the struggles towards forging a national identity, great efforts have been taken to strengthen national unity in the country, which must be supported by all. However, recently the state of unity has been fraying at the edges. Ethnic, linguistic and religious divides have deepened, causing genuine pain and hurt to many in our nation. Such a fragile state of unity should not have happened after 50 years of nation building. New sustained efforts are urgently needed to rebuild our National Unity.

WE BELIEVE THAT:

• The current National Unity Advisory Panel, under the Jabatan Perpaduan Negara & Integrasi Nasional, should be made an independent National Unity & Integration Commission, empowered to review legislation, policies and practices that impede on national unity, investigate complaints of ethnic, linguistic and religious discrimination both in Government and the private sector; made answerable to Parliament and chaired by reputable and credible individuals; and include a Truth and Reconciliation Committee, which will serve to grapple with key incidents of conflict and hurt in the country’s past, which is an important and necessary part of the healing of the national psyche, in the road towards a peaceful shared future.
• All new policies should be tested against the tenets of the Federal Constitution and the Rukunegara - no policy formulated should becontrary to the spirit of the values contained therein.
• An independent and transparent National Consultative Council on Vision 2020 should be established immediately, for representatives from the Government, private sector businesses, academia, media and civil society to discuss progress towards Vision 2020 and beyond.
• A National Research Institute on Ethnic Relations should be established as a centre that co-ordinates in-depth research on Ethnic Relations and Culture, compiling stories of inter-ethnic cooperation and mutual assistance.
• Public-Private Partnerships to strengthen National Unity should be launched at all levels and in all sectors.
• Islam is the religion of the Federation of Malaysia as clearly set out in the Federal Constitution. The freedom to profess and practice the religions of choice as enshrined in the Federal Constitution does not threaten this position. The Government has committed itself to the principles of freedom, protection of minorities and universal values, values of which must be continuously and relentlessly upheld for the sake of all Malaysians.
• Any extremism in the form and shape of ethnicity, religion and gender should not be propagated or tolerated at any level.

WE BELIEVE THAT THE FEDERAL CONSTITUTION AS SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND IS THE PRIMARY REFERENCE POINT FOR STRENGTHENING NATIONAL UNITY, AND THAT ALL NATIONAL POLICIES SHOULD BE TESTED AGAINST ITS CENTRAL TENETS.

M型社會

『《M型社會》是現象，但用行動可以改變』你確定嗎?(我懷疑)。為何不去想說「M型社會」是大前研一和那些大老闆的「行動」?是他們讓我們看見 M型社會的現象，是他們不要我們「和別人一樣」！因 為別人不是我們，而是他們！他要告訴我們的比較像是：比爾蓋茲回頭說「你們（這些被我們甩脫在後山的）別跟著我們，前面有危險！」，轉回頭喝一口星巴克對 著大前研一微笑示意。

大前研一指出 M 型社會的現象當然對他自己有好處 (危言聳聽製造話題賣書)，但是比爾蓋茲先生既不是賺死薪水的中產階級、更不是循著上一輩的軌跡而走的人；偏偏多數人既感嘆 M 型社會可能發生，又選擇一條多數人走的簡單道路；既抱怨領公司薪水沒有希望，又沒有勇氣創業或創造額外收入。

不要用中產階級的收入，卻做上流社會的消費，投資卻像個下流社會的盲目客，這就是我想說的。

我覺得這樣的想法(不要用中產階級的收入，卻做上流社會的消費，投資卻像個下流社會的盲目客)就是M的典型。這樣的我們就是在M的最低谷(也就是M中間的 v這個地方)的人，我們都想盡辦法(偶爾做上流社會的消費，花心思做分析用那剩的薪水投資)爬上第二座山，同時看著我們身邊的人滑到後面那座山，抓著卡內基的書希望自己不是下一個。這就是我要說的:P

Welcome to The Flat World

記得高中的時候，英文（和一些）老師問過我們學生：『你們覺得電腦教學可以取代老師的角色嗎？』和平常上課一樣，我們都沒有怎麼回應老師的提問。我當時覺得老師的提問好像是在問自己『你們覺得我會被淘汰嗎？』也和平常一樣，老師會自問自答『老師覺得不可能，因為電腦是死的，老師是活的。老師在班上和學生互動的生動，電腦是不能取代的！』我把這話聽進去，想到的是老師失業的恐懼。

還不到5年，我相信我們已經來到了－－The World Is Flat。我沒有念過 Thomas L. Friedman 的《世界是平的》這本暢銷書，這也是正常的，因為我都不喜歡看暢銷書，村上春樹是例外這樣。今天早上 RSS 傳來又一個線上教學課程，Stanford University 的計畫，不得不讓我從新思考這件事。老師要被淘汰了嗎？我想我還是沒辦法好好的給個答案，但我想有一件事是肯定的－－學習上停滯的人將會被淘汰！說了好像等於沒說一樣的虛。老師要被淘汰了嗎？我想在我印象中，已經有一些老師被我歸類為可淘汰了（請不要繼續將「尊師重道」濫用下去了，儒家思想不是這樣蓋的！）
